 | Travel Grant for the CAA Annual Meeting
AHAA offers a grant for CAA conference expenses up to $500 for an ABD student of the historical art of the United States who is currently enrolled in a graduate program and who will travel to CAA's annual conference to appear on the meeting program.
Letters of application must be submitted by e-mail and must reach AHAA by December 1, 2008. The letter of application should include the applicant's paper and session title as they will appear on the program.The winner of the AHAA Conference Grant, who must be a member of AHAA as of the conference, will be reimbursed up to $500.00 (receipts will be necessary for payment) for transportation (including parking), housing, and CAA conference registration fees. All qualified candidates will be entered into a lottery, and the winner selected at random. All applicants will be notified using the email address on the letter of application after February 1, 2009.
